Get up and running

Follow these steps to set up your PromptAlpha account and start monitoring your brand’s AI search visibility.

Create your account

Sign up at app.promptalpha.ai and verify your email address.

Complete onboarding

Enter your company name and website URL. PromptAlpha will automatically:
  • Research your brand across AI search engines
  • Discover your competitors
  • Generate an initial set of prompts to track
Review the suggested prompts and topics, then confirm to start monitoring.

View your first insights

Navigate to the Answer Engine Insights dashboard. You’ll see:
  • Visibility Score — your overall brand visibility across AI engines (0–100)
  • Platform breakdown — how you appear on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Grok
  • Citation sources — which of your pages AI engines reference
  • Competitor comparison — how you stack up against competitors
Visibility data refreshes daily. Check back in 24 hours for trend data.

Install the tracking snippet (optional)

To track AI crawler behavior and measure traffic from AI engines, add the PromptAlpha tracking snippet to your website:
