Your workspace is the top-level container for all your PromptAlpha data — prompts, analytics, content, and team members.
Workspace settings
Access workspace settings by navigating to Settings > Workspace in the PromptAlpha app.

| Company name | Your brand name as it appears in reports and content |
| Website URL | Your primary domain used for citation tracking and crawler monitoring |
| Industry | Your business category, used to improve prompt suggestions |
API key
Your API key is required for the tracking snippet. Find it in Settings > Workspace under the API Key section.
Keep your API key private. Do not share it publicly or commit it to version control.
Allowed domains
Configure which domains the tracking snippet should operate on. This prevents data from staging or development environments from mixing with production data.
Data management
- Visibility data refreshes daily
- Crawler data is collected in real-time via the tracking snippet
- Historical data is retained based on your plan (see Billing & Plans)
Enterprise plans support multiple workspaces, allowing you to manage separate brands or business units independently.
